Bu yılın ilk ve en anlamlı yolculuklarından birini 17 Ocak’ta Hatay’a gerçekleştirdik. Deprem bölgesindeki öğrencilerle bir araya gelerek karne heyecanlarını paylaştık ve onların mutluluğuna ortak olduk. Karne hediyelerini, tüm çalışma arkadaşlarımızın adına minik yüreklere ulaştırdık. Bu özel günde, Hataylı sanatçımız Umut Harbeli ‘de sahnedeydi. Coşkulu bir konserle çocuklarımızın ve bizlerin ruhuna dokundu, hep birlikte şarkılar söyledik, doyasıya eğlendik. Yüzlerindeki tebessüm, bizim için en büyük armağan oldu. 1000 kişilik büyük ailemizle, emeğimizi ve sevgimizi kattığımız hediyeleri çocuklara ulaştırmanın mutluluğunu yaşadık. Onların gözlerindeki umut, ulaşmaya çalıştığımız her çocuğun ne kadar değerli olduğunu bir kez daha gösterdi.

Koçtaş Usta Festivali’nde Yerimizi Aldık!

11-12 Ocak tarihlerinde Haliç Kongre Merkezi’nde gerçekleşen Koçtaş Usta Festivali’ne katılarak, Türkiye’nin dört bir yanından gelen ustalarla bir araya geldik. Usta ve zanaatkârlara olan saygısını göstermek adına 11 Ocak’ı ‘Koçtaş Usta Günü’ ilan eden Koçtaş, bu özel günü tüm paydaşlarıyla birlikte festival havasında kutladı. Festivalde, 100’e yakın tedarikçi firma yer aldı ve ziyaretçilere yönelik çeşitli aktiviteler düzenlendi. Biz de standımız ve refleks oyunumuzla büyük ilgi gördük. Ustalarımız hızlarını test etme fırsatı buldukları refleks oyununda kıyasıya yarıştı. Oyunun birincilerine özel hediyeler vererek bu keyifli anları daha da anlamlı hale getirdik. Sektör profesyonelleriyle buluşma, ustalarımızın deneyimlerini paylaşma ve marka olarak onların yanında olduğumuzu hissettirme fırsatı yakaladığımız bu etkinlikte yer almaktan büyük mutluluk duyduk.

Geleneksel Lösev Mandalina Hasadı Etkinliğimiz

LÖSEV Doğal Yaşam Çiftliği’nde düzenlenen mandalina toplama etkinliğine katılarak anlamlı bir sosyal sorumluluk projesinde yer aldık. Yağmurlu havaya rağmen gönüllü olarak gerçekleşen bu etkinlikte yalnızca mandalina toplamakla kalmadık, aynı zamanda LÖSEV’e destek olmanın mutluluğunu yaşadık. Topladığımız mandalinaları satın alarak LÖSEV’e maddi katkı sağladık. Bu doğal satsuma mandalinalarını yemekhanelerimizde tüm çalışma arkadaşlarımızla paylaşarak bu güzel dayanışmanın bir parçası olmalarını sağladık. LÖSEV’in yürüttüğü çalışmalara destek olmak ve paylaştıkça büyüyen iyiliği hissetmek hepimize ilham verdi. Emeği geçen tüm gönüllülerimize teşekkür ederiz. Birlikte daha güçlüyüz!

AFEX Afrika İş Fuar ve Forumu’na Katıldık!

13-14 Kasım 2024 tarihlerinde İstanbul Pullman Kongre Merkezi’nde düzenlenen AFEX Afrika İş Fuar ve Forumu’na katılarak şirketimizi ve ürünlerimizi tanıtma fırsatı bulduk. Türk Afrika İş Adamları Derneği (TABA) tarafından organize edilen bu etkinlik, Türk iş insanlarıyla Afrikalı yatırımcıları bir araya getirdi. 1500’den fazla katılımcının yer aldığı fuarda, Afrika ülkeleriyle iş ilişkilerimizi geliştirmek ve yeni iş fırsatları oluşturmak için çeşitli toplantılar v e etkinlikler gerçekleştirdik.

31 Ağustos – 7 Eylül tarihleri arasında gerçekleşen TransAnatolia, Türkiye’nin eşsiz güzelliklerini gözler önüne sererek, hem yerli hem de uluslararası yarışmacılara unutulmaz bir deneyim sundu. Bu yıl Mersin’den start alan yarış, Kayseri, Sivas ve Erzincan parkuru sonrası Van’da sona erdi. Bu yıl 14. kez düzenlenen TransAnatolia, yüksek organizasyon kalitesi ile hem üst düzey sporcuların hem de amatör katılımcıların beklentilerini karşıladı. Tanıtım aracımızla starttan finişe tüm rotayı yarışçılarımız ile takip ederek bu heyecana ortak olduk. Yeni ürünlerimiz Multi sprey ve fren balata temizleme spreyimiz tüm yarışçıların kitinde yer aldı ve en zorlu anlarında yanlarında oldu. Başarıyla tamamlanan her organizasyon sonrası hedeflerini daha da yükselten TransAnatolia, tüm dünyanın konuştuğu bir etkinlik olma yolunda ilerlemeye devam ediyor.

Big Boyz Festival

We took our place once again at the BigBoyz Festival, held on May 25-26 at Istanbul Kalamış Marina, which attracts great interest every year! At this event, held with the theme “Toys for Grown-Ups,” we proudly represented our brand and enjoyed many fun moments. Participants fiercely competed in the Axe Throwing Competition to hit the targets. They also showcased their speed and skills by changing the tires of the Drifttherapy car we sponsored. Throughout the event, we both promoted our products at our booth and had pleasant conversations with visitors. This event greatly contributed to the promotion of our brand, and by awarding various prizes to the winners of the competitions, we added to the festival’s excitement.

Participation in the Hardware Eurasia International Hardware Fair

We had the opportunity to showcase our innovations and products at the Hardware Eurasia International Hardware Fair, held in Istanbul from May 9-12. This year, the fair hosted over 300 exhibitors and saw a 30% increase in international visitors compared to last year. Our booth, which stood out with its elegant design, attracted great interest as we introduced our brand-new products to the visitors. The products displayed at our booth received positive feedback from both local and international visitors. At the center of our booth, the “WORKSHOP” table offered visitors the chance to try out our products. The vise competition we held over the weekend became a highlight of the fair. We awarded bicycle sets to the winners among the participants and took commemorative photos with them. The fair also provided us with the opportunity to meet and chat with our valuable customers and dealers who visited. Through these interactions, we provided information about our new products and discussed developments in the industry.

Finding Hope Behind Smiling Faces: Hatay April 23rd Festival

On April 23rd, at Serinyol Muhtar Yusuf Tatlı Primary and Secondary School in Hatay, where we have built a heartfelt connection, we organized a festival on this meaningful day as a symbol of our efforts to rebuild what has been destroyed. This event, filled with the joy and hope of our children, also became an inspiring moment for us. Through the patience, resilience, and spirit of unity we demonstrated, we sent a strong message that we can overcome any difficulty. On this special day, we want to emphasize once again that we are strong together. As we look to the future with hope, we will continue to support each other.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of Our Aliağa Factory Held

As a continuation of our investment made in 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for our factory in Aliağa, covering an area of 50,000 m², was held with great enthusiasm at the Aliağa Organized Industrial Zone. Our Chairman of the Board Ender Yorgancılar, Vice Chairman of the Board Akın Dalan, General Manager Murat Yorgancılar, and our senior executives attended the ceremony. We believe that this new project will not only contribute to the growth of our company but also enhance our contribution and commitment to the region. Cologne International Hardware Fair 2024

The International Cologne Hardware Fair, one of the world’s largest hardware fairs, took place from March 3-6. Our booth, located in Hall 10, became the center of attention for four days as we introduced our new 2024 products, including Elit Cabinets, Elektro Cabinets, and lockers, to visitors for the first time. The fair was attended by our Chairman of the Board Ender Yorgancılar, Vice Chairman of the Board Akın Dalan, and General Manager Murat Yorgancılar. Our full export team was present, along with managers from our Marketing, Domestic Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams. The fair proved to be productive, yielding positive short-term feedback and marking the first successful fair of 2024.

School Opening in Hatay

After the devastating earthquake on February 6 that brought sorrow to our nation last year, we first visited Hatay on April 23 to bring some joy to the region and established a heartfelt connection with Hatay Serinyol Primary and Secondary School. We stood by them once again during the opening of their new container school in the new term. After our school suffered severe damage from the earthquake and was demolished, it was reopened as a container school with donations from the Akut Association. As the Izeltaş family, we reunited with our students in Hatay on February 5 for both the anniversary of the earthquake and the school opening. Along with meeting the school’s needs, we delivered gifts to the students who were excited to start the new academic year after a long break.

We Turned Orange

On Saturday, December 16, we volunteered for the tangerine harvest at the Lösev Seferihisar Natural Life Farm. Joining the harvest of tangerines, whose proceeds go to Lösev, our volunteer team connected with nature, touched goodness, and revived hope from the branches. Additionally, by purchasing the tangerines we harvested, we contributed to the health and education expenses of the children. Leukemia is not contagious, but goodness is.

As Izeltaş family, affected by the earthquake

We stand by our citizens.

As the Izeltaş family, we supported the “Izmir is Running to Help” campaign, which was initiated under the leadership of EBSO, IZTO, 1TB and EIB and carried out with the cooperation of Izmir Chambers/Exchanges, non-governmental organizations and 16 OIZs.

From the first day, we worked in coordination with AFAD and tried to meet the needs of hand tools in the earthquake zone by sending all the relevant hand tools in our factory stock. 
Our professional friends, who supports team for search and rescue efforts, continue to work in the earthquake area, and we continue to deliver the stoves and tents that we produce in our factory in coordination with the earthquake victims.

We will continue to work sensitively on the continuity of our aid on this difficult and long road.

The New Production Area of Our Turgutlu Factory

During the pandemic process, European companies have turned their direction to production locations that they see as more reliable and quality, with the loss of confidence in the Chinese Market. Thanks to our reliable brand in the tool cabinets and tool box industry, we have turned the situation into an advantage and increased our order levels considerably. Due to the quality and customer satisfaction-oriented growth in our Turgutlu factory in the last few years, we started to have production problems even though we are a newly established factory. Now we all needed “more room for more performance”. Built in a construction period of just seven months, the additional production facility was fully operational approximately 13 months after the groundbreaking ceremony. A completely redesigned workflow alongside the new machinery and SAP software will now allow us to set up even more efficient processes. With this support from our Board of Directors, we increased our production capacity by approximately 70%. With the new technological line investments, we have achieved both a faster and higher quality production opportunity. Of course, environmental considerations and optimal working conditions for employees were not neglected during the new building. Energy-saving lighting in the working areas and heating systems were installed in all production areas so that our personnel would not experience difficulties on cold days. In addition, by turning to renewable energy sources, which is one of the most efficient ways to reduce the carbon footprint, the SPP (Solar Power Plant) application was started. In this way, we will be able to supply all our electricity needs from solar energy. In 2023, we will take our dream of being at every point in every geography where hand tools and tool cabinets are used one step further.

Clerks Meeting 2022

We held our Clerks Meeting, which we took a break due to the pandemic, at Balçova Kaya Thermal Hotel on 16-18 November.
Our sales team welcomed our guests at the special Izeltaş reception in the lobby.
The meeting, attended by 250 clerks from our 205 dealers, was both educational and entertaining for our guests.
Visiting Işıkkent, Sütçüler and Turgutlu factories simultaneously in 3 groups on 17 November, our clerks toured all production areas under the guidance of the production team.
Our visitors, who reached all the details they wanted to learn about the production of Izeltaş hand tools, congratulated the whole team who worked with a great effort and devotion.
Returning to the hotel after the factory visits, the clerks spent some free time and then moved to the conference hall for the gala night.
Buse Ulu Canoğlu, our Process Development Manager, hosted the gala night.
Murat Yorgancılar, our General Manager and Board Member, first appeared on the stage.
After Mr. Murat, who told the participants about Izeltaş in detail, Domestic Sales Manager Mehmet Büyükkiraz and Marketing Manager Mustafa Köstepen took the stage.
Explaining the new return process to the clerks, Büyükkiraz and Köstepen enlightened our visitors about this process.

After the presentations, the entire Izeltaş team came out on the stage and applauded all of our clerks for their efforts and emphasized the “Key to Success” theme once again.
Later in the night, Altay took the stage after the chapter delegation.

Our visitors, who accompanied their songs standing up, had fun-filled moments.

At the end of the night, our Chairman of the Board Ender Yorgancılar and the entire Izeltaş team took the stage, Ender Yorgancılar thanked all the participants in his speech and stated that we will continue to grow together as the Izeltaş Family.

Cologne International Hardware Fair 2022

We, as IZELTAS, took our place at the Cologne International Hardware Fair, which is the industry’s leading hardware fair, with our stand between the 25th-28th of September.

There was a great deal of interest in our stand at the fair attended by many international companies.

Our General Manager Murat Yorgancılar, Deputy General Manager Birol Varhan, Export Manager Ece Güler, Export team Executives İbrahim Yılmaz and Naz Beşe were the participants as the representative of our team.

Elaborately hosting all our local and national visitors, the team stated that they were quite satisfied with the attention they received at our stand, that draws attention with its design.

We took our place at Tüyap Hardware Eurasia 2022 Fair

We became the center of attention with our stand at the Hardware Eurasia fair held in Istanbul Tüyap between 23-26 March. Many leading brands of the hardware industry took their place in the fair, where nearly 80 companies participated. Our stand, which is the center of attention of domestic and foreign visitors, has attracted attention with its different design. Foreign investors participating in the fair, who carefully examined our domestic production products, underlined that they want to carry this quality, which is one of the few in the world, to their countries.

Our Turgutlu Factory started the 2nd phase factory construction with a new investment

It has taken an important step in line with its growth targets by laying the foundation of the 2nd stage production facility of our factory in Manisa Turgutlu.

Mr. Akın DALAN, Mr. Murat YORGANCILAR, Company employees and guests attended the groundbreaking ceremony held on March 25.

This new facility, the foundation of which has been laid, is planned to be completed by the end of August 2022. With the new facility, Turgutlu Factory aims to increase its current production capacity , increase employment and increase its exports.

With the facility to be established on an area of ​​11,000 m2, the factory will have a closed area of ​​21,000 m2. All production processes are organized with zero waste planning.

Turgutlu Factory will have Fully Integrated Cutting + Twisting Line, New Powder Coating Facility, Welding Robots in addition to the current production lines with the new factory.

Speaking on the program, Mr. Akın DALAN said that the investment made will be beneficial for the Turkish Economy. Mr. Murat YORGANCILAR stated that when the investment is completed, they will entrust the factory to the employees who are the original owners.

Towards Quality Production Target with New Investments
Murat YORGANCILAR explained that they are getting closer and closer to their goals of becoming a company that fulfills the requirements of the age with new investments made one after the other. We are improving our production and employment capacity day by day with the investments in our company.”

Izeltaş became one of the 2021 winners of Turkey’s best managed companies competition organized by Deloitte Private.

Within the scope of the program implemented in 40 countries around the world; Companies established in Turkey, controlled by Turks and not publicly traded, were included in the evaluation.
