The compliance of our products is reinforced each year with inspections confirming the validity of our TSE, TSEK, VDE-GS product certificates and Domestic Goods certificates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quality control activities begin with the inspection of raw materials and auxiliary materials delivered to \u0130zelta\u015f’s material receiving warehouse, based on standards and technical specifications. These controls continue at the operational level in the processes of forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment (painting\/coating), marking, and packaging, and conclude with final inspections of finished products according to standards and technical drawings.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the Quality Department, our primary objective is to continuously improve our existing quality control system and product quality based on customer feedback\u2014whether positive or negative\u2014<\/span>in order to<\/span> ensure customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

In line with \u0130zelta\u015f\u2019s customer-centric approach, after-sales activities are always carried out in close cooperation and communication with customers. Any customer complaint or request is treated as a priority and reviewed accordingly. Necessary corrective and preventive actions or improvement initiatives are initiated. Communication is maintained with customers via phone or email, and when needed, on-site visits are conducted regardless of the customer’s location to respond to complaints or requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collaborating with the mobile Promotek promotional team, technical visits are conducted to large factories, industrial zones, vehicle service centers, universities, and vocational high schools for product demonstrations and information sharing.<\/span><\/p>\n

This close relationship with customers and the sensitivity shown to product quality have made \u0130zelta\u015f a strong representative of the Turkish private sector and a brand to be proud of. Our goal is to elevate the already well-known and respected \u0130zelta\u015f brand to even higher levels.<\/span><\/p>\n
